How do I return an item?
Sport Adz wants every customer to be satisfied with both our products and service! In the event you are unhappy with an item you have purchased within the last 15 days of original order date, contact our customer service at 702 288-8884. All reasonable / valid requests will be satisfied as to one of the options below:
- Replacement product equal or less in value.
- Re-issue corrected item
- Offer complimentary item
Sport Adz is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once it has been delivered. Any coach, team mom, or league representative that chooses to distribute orders for an entire team / organization will be required to sign a detailed record log. By signing, he or she has agreed to the following terms:
- All received items are without damage.
- All orders are confirmed and recorded at the time of pick up.
- He / She is responsible for distributing orders to the person listed on receipt.
- He / She will be held responsible to pay for any items lost, stolen, or damaged while in their possession.
If an order has been made in error you must cancel within 24 hours of original purchase date. A $2.99 fee will be charged for all canceled orders. No refunds after 24 hour grace period has expired, NO EXCEPTIONS.
